Serving on the Ground – If you have a heart for connecting with people, serving food, and engaging in hands-on ministry, we have a place for you. This role involves directly interacting with those we serve, offering hospitality, encouragement, and practical support.
Kitchen Team – If you prefer working behind the scenes, preparing and cooking meals, we’d love for you to join our kitchen team. Your efforts will help ensure that those in need receive warm, nourishing meals each night.
Team Leads – If you have strong administrative and leadership skills—including organizing, planning, and communicating—we are looking for Team Leads to help oversee some of our NightShift teams. This role involves both hands-on service and leadership responsibilities, ensuring that each night runs smoothly and efficiently. Team Leads play a key role in coordinating volunteers, problem-solving, and fostering a welcoming environment for both team members and guests.
